Terms & Conditions
Your access to the Website and its use is conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms and compliance with them. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who want to access or use the Website.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Website.
1. Placing an order
1.1. Orders can be placed through the system appearing on the website.
1.2. The conclusion of the contract (placing an order) takes place at the moment when the order is paid and all the order information of your purchase is delivered to our website system.
1.3. Electronic Proofs
We send a graphic design of the wedding stationery by e-mail within 2-3 working days after the order is placed. Proper amendments should be made independently. To request changes as you work one on one with your designer, simply reply to our emails and let us know the adjustments you would like to provide. Completion of the order of wedding stationery will take place after you inform us by e-mail about the final version of the electronic proof.
1.4. All orders are carried out carefully, accurately, and as soon as possible according to the printing schedule. The order turnaround time should be consistent with the information given on the website. In special cases, this period may be extended, which you will be informed about. Please note, we reserve the right to change these terms at any time – we will notify you accordingly about any changes in the correspondence.
2. Forms of Payment
The customer can choose one of the following payment methods when placing the order:
- credit or debit card (the direct payment link will be sent to your email)
2.1 PayPal payments - the customer can complete the payment via PayPal through his/her PayPal account or with a payment card. If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Website ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
2.2 Credit or debit card - the direct payment link will be sent to you in a separate email so that you can complete the payment via a secure gateway with your payment card. You may be asked to provide certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing and shipping information.
3.1 Delivery costs are borne by the customer. The shipping charge is given for each product depending on the total weight of a parcel and destination.
3.2 Shipments are handled by DHL courier service throughout the USA and internationally. The signature upon delivery is required for all the parcels.
3.3 All packages that we send are carefully packed in a way that guarantees the safety of goods during transportation. Whilst we will take care to pack your stationery as safely and securely as possible, we cannot be held liable for any delivery delays, loss, or damage of the parcel in transit. Responsibility for damage or loss of the goods shall pass to you on the postage.
3.4 Before collecting the parcel, pay attention to whether the package carries any signs of damage or opening. The customer has the right to check the content of the parcel in the presence of the courier after signing the consignment note. In the case of mechanical damage to the goods or non-compliance with the order, ask the courier to write down the damage report, which will be the basis for any complaints. The complaints about damage to the goods will be considered only with such a protocol signed by the courier.
4. Cancellations and Returns
4.1 Cancellation and a full refund
Cancellation of the order with a full refund is only possible within the first 48 hours of submitting your payment. After the 48 hour period, a partial refund of 50% is only possible provided that the order has not been sent into production yet.
4.2 Customer approved errors or typos
We cannot accept returns or process refunds due to errors on approved proofs, regardless of where the error originated. We do our best to call attention to any errors we may notice during the proofing and printing process, however, final proofing is ultimately the responsibility of the client. Once approved, your stationery will be printed exactly as shown in the final proofs. If you find an error on your stationery, let us know. If your stationery does not match the approved mock-up, please contact us immediately and we will reprint the affected cards free of charge.
4.3 Colours and computer monitors
Please note, we do not accept returns because the colours of your printed stationery differ from what you see on the screen. This is because all monitors display color in a different way. If you are concerned about the color, we strongly recommend ordering a sample to make sure the card matches your expectations.
4.4 Tints of card stock/paper
Due to the peculiarities of the production process, the tone of the design card stock and handcrafted papers used for our wedding stationery may slightly differ from batch to batch.
If you re-order the cards after a certain time, then the shade of the velvet paper/card stock might slightly differ, but within the same order, there won’t be any differences.
4.5 Cancelling an order after receiving of proofs
There is a cancellation fee of 25% or $100, whichever is greater, for orders that require proofs, in case if you cancel your order AFTER the proofs have been emailed. It is a fee for the time we spent designing your personalized proofs. Once completed, this part of the order cost cannot be refunded.
4.6 Cancelling an order after the approval
We may or may not be able to cancel your order after it has been signed off for printing. Please contact us asap if you need to cancel the order. In case if your order has not yet gone into production, we may be able to cancel it and issue the partial refund, as described in the previous clauses. If the printing process has been completed, we won’t be able to cancel and refund your order.
4.7 Returning samples
We can’t accept returns on samples. Samples are a way to estimate the design and quality of our cards in person. If you do not like the sample or decide to use another vendor, that is not a reason for a return. If you received the wrong sample, please contact us and we will sort out the problem in the shortest terms. If the sample is temporarily out of stock, we will send you an e-mail notification and refund you its cost or offer a suitable replacement.
4.8 Missing/Damaged Items
In case if some items/details are missing or damaged or there’s a shortfall in quantity, the term for the customers' complaints consideration is 7 working days after the order receipt. If you notice the incomplete quantity or any defective items upon the delivery of the wedding stationery, please contact us asap. The customers' complaints regarding the incomplete content of the parcel or missing/damaged elements, submitted to us later than 7 working day term after the delivery date won't be considered.
5. Intellectual Property
The Website and its original content, arrangement of typography, product design, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Polina Perri, s.r.o. The Website is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the European Union and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Polina Perri, s.r.o., Dba Polina Perri Invitations.
At the Website, we use cookie files for transactions. We assure that cookie files do not store any information making it possible to identify a specific person. The User can disable cookie files at his/her Internet browser at any time; however, this can make it difficult to use the website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Each Customer undertaking cooperation with the Website is obliged to read the terms & conditions. Ignorance does not absolve the Customer from the principles contained herein. By placing an order, the client accepts the regulations in full.
